Official Rules: SmoothieDog "Sip, Snap & Win" Contest

1. Sponsor and Administrator

The SmoothieDog "Sip, Snap & Win" Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored and administered by SmoothiePaw, LLC ("Sponsor"), 4523 30th St. W., Suite A114, Bradenton, FL 34209. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or any other social media platform used for entry.

2. Contest Period

The Contest begins on November 10th, 2025 at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends on December 10th, 2025  at 11:59:59 PM ET (the “Contest Period”). All entries must be received during the Contest Period.

3. Eligibility

The Contest is only open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to enter or win.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Contest, entrants must complete the following steps during the Contest Period:

  1. Enter your Information’s on the Contest page at SmoothieDog.us
  2. After signup, you received an email with the contest discount code (20% off), then purchase the 6-pack SmoothieDog smoothie’s (any flavor(s)). If you like us to send you a different mix of flavors, please send us an email to Info@SmoothieDog.us with your selection after you placed your order.
  3. Take a Video of your dog(s) enjoying a SmoothieDog product. The dog and the SmoothieDog product must be clearly visible in the submission.
  4. Post the video to your public Instagram/TikTok account. Private accounts must be made public during the Contest Period to be eligible.
  5. Include all three of the following elements in the caption of the post:
    • Invite us as a collaborator
    • Tag the Sponsor’s official Instagram account: @SmoothieDogSSW or official TikTok account: #SmoothieDogSSW. You can do both as well.
    • Briefly state why your dog(s) loves the SmoothieDog smoothie’s.

Entry Limit: Limit twenty-five (25) entry’s per person/dog/Instagram or TikTok account during the Contest Period. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

5. Submission Requirements

By submitting an entry, the entrant warrants and represents that their submission:

  • Is their original creation and does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights or rights of publicity or privacy of any third party.
  • Must be family-friendly and in good taste, and not contain any nudity, profanity, violence, or any inappropriate or offensive content as determined solely by the Sponsor.
  • Must comply with all terms and conditions of Instagram and/or TikTok.
  • Must not have been previously published or submitted in any other competition.

6. Judging and Winner Selection

All eligible entries will be judged by a qualified panel of judges appointed by the Sponsor, based on the following criteria (weighted equally):

  1. Creativity & Originality (50%): How unique and imaginative the photo or video concept is.
  2. Visual Quality & Appeal (30%): Clarity, composition, and aesthetic quality of the submission.
  3. Brand Alignment (20%): How well the submission promotes the health, fun, and natural spirit of the SmoothieDog brand.

The one (1) entry with the highest overall score will be deemed the potential Grand Prize Winner. In the event of a tie, the entry with the highest score in the "Creativity & Originality" category will prevail.

7. Prizes

Grand Prize (1 Winner):

  • $1,000.00

Runner -  up (1 Winner)

  • $500.00

3rd – 5th Place (3 Winners)

  • 6-pack SmoothieDog of any flavor & 30% off your next 2 orders.

Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. The winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.

8. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified via Direct Message (DM) on Instagram or TikTok on or about 7 days after the Contest Period ends. The potential winner must respond to the notification within 7 days of the date the DM is sent and must sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within 10 days of attempted delivery. If a potential winner fails to respond, fails to sign and return the documents, or is disqualified for any reason, an alternate winner will be selected.

9. Publicity and Intellectual Property

By entering, each entrant grants to Sponsor and its designees the perpetual, irrevocable, sub-licensable, non-exclusive, worldwide, and royalty-free right to use, publish, reproduce, modify, edit, distribute, and display their entry (including the pet's likeness, the entrant's Instagram handle, and comments) for any purpose, including but not limited to advertising and promotional purposes, without any further attribution, notification, or compensation.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Contest if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

The contest will be NULL and VOID if not a minimum of 50 contestant’s sign up. So, get the word out and let your friends know. After 7 days into the contest, we will let everybody know how many have signed up at that time.
